Effective date: November 7, 2026. These terms apply when you buy or use training from ISTPROS LLC (“ISTPros,” “we”) at industrialsecuritytraining.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Accounts
Keep your login details private and accurate. Each account is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Company seats
- One seat lets one named person take the purchased course. Seats cannot be shared between people.
- The first purchase for a company requires at least two seats. More seats can be added at any time.
- A group leader can remove an employee. A seat is returned to the company only if that employee has not started the course.
- Bulk discounts are applied at checkout as shown on the site.
- Course access lasts 12 months from enrollment.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout by card or PayPal. Refunds: unused seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase; seats that have been used are not refundable. For invoices or purchase orders, contact us.
What the training is, and isn’t
Our courses are designed to support the security training requirements in 32 CFR Part 117. Each contractor remains responsible for its own security program and compliance, including deciding whether our training meets its needs and keeping its own records. Our courses and materials are educational and are not legal advice.
Certificates and records
Certificates show the date a person completed a course. Group leaders can view and download their company’s training records while the company account is active.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute course content, share logins, attempt to access other companies’ data, or interfere with the site’s operation.
Our content
Course content, certificates, text and graphics belong to ISTPros or its licensors and are licensed to you only for completing your training.
Limits of liability
The site and training are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, ISTPros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the training involved.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
