Our Team

Each of the following people are involved in the creation of the online annual training provided by ISTPros. They work daily in DISS, NBIS, and NISS in supporting clients. All are active members of NCMS, Inc. and attend NCMS local and national professional seminars to stay current with requirements. Their effort insures verified and accurate training that meets 32CFR §117 (NISPOM Rule) standards and ensures the training is updated annually to meet the changing needs of DCSA and Industry. An example of a recent change was the SEAD3 reporting requirements.

Wynn C. Phillips, ISP®

I am a retired Major from the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations. After retirement, I have 33 years’ experience as Facility Security Officer for onsite and remote facilities and as an Industrial Security Consultant to more than 60 companies. I have provided online annual security training used by over 13,000 people. I was awarded the James S. Cogswell Award and have served on the National Board of the NCMS, Inc. and am a certified Industrial Security Professional (ISP®).

Amanda Ethington

I have served as Facility Security Officer for five companies and Security Consultant for more than 25 companies over my eight years of service. I have guided more than 10 companies through the intricate process of initial facility security clearance and successfully consulted in over 35 government security reviews. I am instrumental in building our annual online training that always meets 32CFR §117 (NISPOM Rule) requirements. I am an active member of NCMS, Inc

Aaron Phillips, CISA

I have worked in the industrial security world for more than 10 years as the Facility Security Officer or as Assistant Facility Security Officer for multiple companies. I am an active member of NCMS, Inc. Additionally, I am also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), which provides me with insight into CMMC requirements.

Ashley Phillips

I have over 10 years’ experience in Industrial Security as a consultant or as a Facility Security Officer/Assistant Facility Security Officer for over 20 companies. I have extensive knowledge in government requirements for Security Programs and Insider Threat and assist with the online training that always meets 32CFR §117 (NISPOM Rule) requirements. I am an active member of NCMS, Inc.

Thomas Ethington

I am new to the Industrial Security world but am certified as a Facility Security Officer and currently support several companies as an Assistant Facility Security Officer. I have plenty of help learning the ins-and-outs of the industry through the mentors I have at ISTPros. With experience in several different industries ranging from project management to sales, client retention and logistics, I am excited to add value to the team at ISTPros.
